DEPOSITS - CANCELLATIONS - REFUNDS -CONFIRMATIONS
1/2 of your rental is required as a deposit to hold your reservation. If your deposit is not received within 10 days from the date your reservation was made, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. The remainder of rental is due upon arrival. A confirmation will be mailed to you. Your reservation is final after deposit has been acknowledged.
In case of cancellations, your deposit (less $50 handling charge) will be refunded if all resort vacancies are filled or is completely refundable if you have your own replacement.
DON'T HESITATE TO CALL. LAST MINUTE OPENINGS DO OCCUR.
We prefer checks, however we will accept VISA & MASTERCARD.

RENTAL TIMES
Weekly rentals start at 3:00 p.m. Saturday until 9:00 a.m. the following Saturday during June, July and August.
We wil rent to fit your spring and fall vacation plans.
Guests are responsible for full length of reservation, damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning. The deposit is applied to the last day of reservation. 
PLEASE, NO EARLY ARRIVALS! Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
Early arrivals will be charged $100!
Check-out time is 9:00 a.m.
Linens are furnished, you need to bring your own towels and soap.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS
Extra person - $185/week, $45/night. 
NO CHARGE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE.
We insist on not exceeding the cabin's maximum occupancy.
If you have people visiting you for more than 6 hours, they will be charged as an extra person.
For security and privacy reasons, all guests and visitors must register at the office upon arrival. 
We reserve the right to charge for any unregistered guests.

PET POLICIES
NO PETS from May 1st - Sept. 2nd. Pets allowed after Sept. 2nd with prior approval in designated cabins only.
Extra charge of $20/day if pets or hunting dogs are allowed in cabin. 
Owner is responsible for pets actions.
We will retain your deposit for damages until the cabin is cleaned.

RV & SEASONAL SITES
Lakefront RV site with full hookup, picnic table and fire ring.
Rates: $25 per night on weekends and holidays, 2 persons. $20 per night on weekdays. $140 per week. Rate based on 2 people. 
Add'l. persons - $10 per night.

MISCELLANEOUS RENTALS

• New 2000 15 hp Mercury motor rental -  Daily - $35 Weekly - $175 Gas included.
• Newer 14' boat rental -  Daily - $30 Weekly - $120
• Dock Space for Personal Boats -  Daily - $15 Weekly - $60
• Deluxe boat - newer 16' boats, with flat floor, pedestal seats,  live well, navigating lights. New 2000 40 h.p. Mercury motor with electric start, electric trolling motor and fish finder. - $95/per day or $425/ per week. Gas included.
• 21' Northwoods Pontoon w/30 hp - Full Day (sunrise to sunset) / $95, $30 first hour and $15 for each additional hour. $425 per week. Gas included.
• NEW IN 2003 Premier 24' Cast-A-Way Pontoon w/50hp motor, fish finder and live well - Daily - $150 Weekly - $595 Gas included.
• Deck Boat- 18' Deck Boat w/115 hp with fish finder, livewell, pedestal seat and trolling motor. Daily - $225 Weekly - $850 Gas included
• $100 DEPOSIT TO RESERVE Pontoons, Deluxe & Deck Boats
• Any gas you bring to the resort must be stored in your boat or vehicle and not by the cabin, due to insurance regulations.
• Fish finder - $10 per day or $50 per week
  
• Only if reserved in advance - One dock space is free with cabin or one resort boat with cabin at $15/day or $60/week. Cribs and high chairs are free if reserved in advance (after arrival, there is a $15 charge)
